Osada Biała Woda - a website for luxury apartments in the Pieniny

Osada Biała Woda has twelve luxury apartments at the foot of the Pieniny in Jaworki, with hot tubs, garden saunas and forest views. The place already had the beauty. It needed a website that could carry it onto the screen and hold a guest's attention through to booking.

The challenge

A new website from zero

The property needed a completely new online presence while Pieniny competitors had years of Google history. SEO had to begin working from launch.

Selling quiet and quality

Pieniny guests seek calm and a high standard. The visual design, photography and copy needed to establish that atmosphere before they entered the booking flow.

Local visibility

The new domain had no search history. We prepared it for quick indexation and for people searching for stays in Jaworki and the Pieniny.

What we did

1

UX and information architecture

Each of the 12 apartments needed a clear presentation and direct booking link. Apartments, surroundings, gallery and contact details share a simple navigation visible from the start.

2

Design with a Pieniny atmosphere

Dark timber, forest greens and natural texture give full-screen reserve and interior photography an understated frame. The website feels like the property itself, far removed from a generic listing.

3

Angular and SSR development

Server-Side Rendering keeps loading below 1 second on a mobile mountain connection and gives Google complete content. Fluid motion and a Lighthouse score above 95 round out the experience.

4

Presenting 12 apartments

Every apartment has a card with photographs, facilities, description and direct online booking. Guests reach a suitable unit within seconds.

5

Local SEO and attractions

We targeted Jaworki accommodation, Pieniny apartments and Biała Woda accommodation. LodgingBusiness structured data and a local attractions section add search context and keep visitors engaged.

Twelve apartments in one clear service

Each apartment has its own description, photographs and direct booking link, so guests reach a suitable unit within seconds. A persistent booking button and local attractions section make the rest of the visit useful on every device.

Summary

Osada Biała Woda received a website that carries the Pieniny onto the screen. Natural photography, a clear apartment list and quick contact show guests the forest, stream and hot tub, then make booking possible within thirty seconds.

How many customers is your old website costing you?
Let us find out.

A free consultation and a practical plan within 24 hours. We take on no more than 3 projects at once, so your work gets our full attention.

Common questions

How much does an accommodation website cost?
Websites start at PLN 2,000 net. Property count, content scope and booking integrations determine the final cost. The result is bespoke, quick and visible in Google.
Can the website reduce reliance on Booking.com?
Yes. Portals charge 15-25% commission on each booking. A direct reservation form creates a commission-free channel for returning guests and organic traffic.
How quickly will the website appear in Google?
Initial indexation usually happens within 1-2 weeks of launch. We implement a sitemap, structured data and local phrase optimisation. Early organic results appear after several weeks, with fuller visibility after 3-6 months.
How long does a website take to build?
A typical accommodation project takes 4-6 weeks. Ready photographs and apartment descriptions can shorten that time. Visual design, development and cross-device testing are included.
Will the website work well on a phone?
Yes. Most guests search on a smartphone, so design starts with the mobile view. SSR provides a quick first load on slower connections, which matters in the mountains.
