1. Who controls your data

234.studio, based in Jabłonka, Poland, is the controller of personal data submitted through this website. We process data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation and applicable Polish law.

Questions about your data can be sent to hello@234.studio.

2. Why we collect personal data

We use personal data for the following purposes:

  • to answer messages sent through the contact form
  • to prepare a proposal or free project estimate at your request
  • to understand how the website is used, when analytics consent has been granted
  • to protect the website and services against abuse

The legal basis is your consent, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, or our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website. The basis depends on the reason for the contact.

3. Data you may provide

The contact form may collect:

  • your name or company name
  • your email address
  • your phone number, if you choose to provide it
  • the message and any additional information you include

Please avoid sending sensitive personal data in the free-text field.

4. Retention and recipients

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond, prepare an offer, deliver the requested work, meet legal obligations or defend a legal claim. Access may be given to service providers that support hosting, email, analytics and website security. They process data under appropriate agreements and only for the stated purpose.

Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on a lawful transfer mechanism such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

5. Your rights

Depending on the legal basis and circumstances, you may ask us to:

  • provide access to your personal data and a copy of it
  • correct inaccurate data
  • erase data or restrict its processing
  • provide portable data in a commonly used format
  • stop processing based on legitimate interests
  • withdraw consent at any time

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office or the supervisory authority in your country.

6. Cookies and consent

Essential cookies support security and basic website functions. Analytics and advertising technologies are disabled until you grant the matching consent. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time.
