Who was the program for?

We created the program for organizations doing useful work without the budget for a professional website.

Foundations

Charitable, educational, cultural and support foundations registered in Poland.

Associations

Local, sports, cultural and environmental associations built around a shared purpose.

Other nonprofits

Public benefit organizations, nonprofit sports clubs, community projects and volunteer initiatives.

How the program worked

The first edition followed four practical steps from application to launch.

1

Applications

The first intake has closed. Thank you to every organization that submitted an application.

2

Verification

We verify registration details and review the needs described in each application.

3

Design and build

We design and code the website, sharing each stage with the selected organization.

4

Launch

We launch the site, configure the domain and hand over access, with support after release.

What did the selected organization receive for free?

The selected nonprofit receives the same design and development care as a commercial client.

Original design

A visual direction built around the organization and its mission, with no template.

Responsive build

A website that works cleanly on desktop, tablet and mobile.

SEO setup

Metadata, sitemap, indexation and a sound technical foundation.

SSL certificate

A secure HTTPS connection with an SSL certificate included.

Hosting and domain

Hosting and a domain covered for the first 24 months.

Technical care

Practical help after launch instead of a silent hand-off.

Program rules

A short set of rules kept the selection and delivery process clear.

1

Who could apply?

The program was open to foundations, associations and other nonprofits registered in Poland and carrying out non-commercial work.

2

Verification

We check the relevant register, nonprofit status and submitted activity. The final selection belongs to 234.studio.

3

Project scope

The project covers an informational website with up to five pages and a contact form. E-commerce, booking engines and complex systems are outside the free scope.

4

Copyright

The organization receives the rights needed to operate its website. A discreet 234.studio credit may appear in the footer by agreement.

5

Content and assets

The organization provides copy, photos and logos. We help edit supplied material but do not create the full content from scratch.

6

Hosting and domain

Hosting and the domain are covered for 24 months.

7

Delivery time

A typical build takes 2 to 4 weeks after approval, depending on scope and timely delivery of materials.
