Tatres Bachledówka - a website for luxury cabins with hot tubs

Tatres Bachledówka is a group of highland cabins with hot tubs and a sauna in Podhale, a short drive from Zakopane. Contemporary interiors and Tatra views give the property a strong visual story. We built its website from scratch to turn that atmosphere into bookings on a brand-new domain.

Scope

Website + Bookings

Year

2026

About the project

  • Highland cabins with private hot tubs and a sauna
  • Tatra views from a quiet Bachledówka setting
  • A short drive from central Zakopane
  • Close to thermal baths, ski slopes and hiking trails
  • Year-round stays through summer, autumn, winter and spring

The challenge

No online presence

The property had no website while competitors had years of Google indexation. A new domain needed to catch up quickly.

Making quality visible

Hot-tub cabins are sold through atmosphere and emotion. Photography, design and motion had to earn attention before a guest reached Book Now.

Visibility from zero

Structured data, local phrases and Google Business gave the new domain an SEO foundation at launch.

What we did

1

Analysis and UX design

We studied the guest journey on mobile and the details that lead to a booking. Cabins, prices, facilities and contact are available from the opening screen.

2

Design with highland character

A bright, elegant design uses a geometric logo and full-screen photography of the Tatras and cabin interiors. It gives the property the polish of an independent destination.

3

Angular and SSR development

Angular with Server-Side Rendering brings quick loading, complete Google indexation and smooth motion. Lighthouse scored above 95 across devices.

4

WhatsApp and booking form

A WhatsApp button stays visible throughout the site for guests who prefer messages. The short booking form collects dates and party size.

5

SEO and Google Business

We targeted Zakopane cabins with hot tubs and Bachledówka accommodation. LodgingBusiness structured data, Google Business and map integration strengthen local discovery.

These figures describe this specific project. Results for another business will depend on its starting point, market and available data.

WhatsApp as the main contact channel

Many accommodation guests prefer a message to a phone call. We placed a clear WhatsApp button on every page and device, giving visitors a direct channel that converts better than the form.

Summary

Tatres received a website that reflects the quality of the property. Highland character, large photographs, quick loading and simple contact show the cabins and Tatra panorama, then put booking within easy reach.

How many customers is your old website costing you?
Let us find out.

A free consultation and a practical plan within 24 hours. We take on no more than 3 projects at once, so your work gets our full attention.

Common questions

How much does an accommodation website cost?
Websites start at PLN 2,000 net. Cabin or room count, languages and booking integrations determine the final cost. The result is bespoke, quick and visible in Google.
Can the website reduce reliance on Booking.com?
Yes. Portals charge 15-25% commission on every reservation. A direct form and WhatsApp create commission-free bookings from returning guests and Google traffic.
Can I update prices and availability myself?
Yes. We connect a straightforward panel for calendars, rates and copy, so seasonal changes stay under your control.
How long does a website take to build?
A typical accommodation site takes 4-6 weeks. Ready photography and descriptions can shorten that time. Visual design, development and testing across devices are included.
Will the website work well on phones?
Yes. Most guests search on a smartphone, so we begin with the mobile view and test many devices. SSR keeps the first load quick on slower connections.
