About the project
- Professional equipment for commercial kitchens
- Ovens, refrigeration and heating appliances
- Kitchen and bar accessories, plus tableware
- Stainless steel furniture and storage equipment
- Technical advice, wholesale quotations and B2B cooperation
The challenge
A large catalogue with a simple structure
Catering equipment spans many categories. Visitors needed quick routes into departments, effective product search and an easy basket without the catalogue feeling overwhelming.
Clear HoReCa communication for Podhale
Local inns, restaurants and hotels need advice alongside the equipment. The store pairs online purchasing with prominent routes to a free quote and a specialist.
Retail and B2B in one service
Customer accounts, baskets, quotation requests, wholesale orders, complaints and B2B partnerships all share the same site. The structure supports a single purchase and an ongoing commercial relationship.
What we did
Category architecture
The departments mirror the way catering teams buy: kitchen accessories, food preparation, heating equipment, ovens, refrigeration, bar and coffee, buffet, stainless steel furniture and storage.
E-commerce with search and accounts
The store includes product search, a basket, sign-in, customer accounts, order history, favourites and parcel tracking.
Brand and manufacturer area
A dedicated brand area gives quick access to manufacturers such as HENDI, Sammic, Arktic, BarUp, Cambro, Arcos, Tecnoeka and Victorinox.
Contact, B2B and technical advice
Contact forms and department sections route each visitor to technical support, customer service, complaints and returns, or B2B cooperation.
SEO, analytics and consent
We prepared SEO metadata, Open Graph, Google Tag Manager and Consent Mode v2, with a structure ready for organic traffic and sales campaigns.
Technology stack
"A B2B catering store needs a useful path beyond the basket. Buyers should find the equipment quickly, understand the category and know when specialist advice will save them time."

A store for customers and advisers
GASTROPODHALE sells equipment, but much of its value lies in planning the kitchen. The service moves naturally from product discovery to a conversation, quotation and an ongoing B2B relationship.
Summary
GASTROPODHALE received an online store that organises a broad catering range while retaining the brand's local character. Search, basket, customer accounts, manufacturer pages, B2B contact and quotation CTAs form one clear route from research to enquiry or order.
