TATRA EBIKE - the first Door-to-Door e-bike rental service in Podhale

TATRA EBIKE is the first electric bike rental company in Podhale with Door-to-Door delivery. Trek Premium bikes arrive directly at addresses in Poronin, Zakopane, Murzasichle, Szaflary and other towns. Visitors can explore the Tatras without transporting a bike themselves, and the website makes the unfamiliar service easy to understand and book.

About the project

  • Trek Premium electric bike rental
  • Door-to-Door delivery to a chosen address
  • E-bike routes through the Tatras and Podhale
  • Online date booking
  • Service for tourists and local guests

The challenge

Explaining an unfamiliar service

Door-to-Door was a new idea for many visitors. Plain language had to show how delivery works and why it saves effort against a conventional rental shop.

Converting plans into online bookings

Visitors need a bike for a particular day. Date, model and delivery address selection had to stay simple and reliable on a phone.

Visibility among active tourists

People use Google to find things to do in Podhale. Electric bike rental Zakopane and e-bike Podhale became the central search phrases.

What we did

1

UX focused on the service model

The opening explains Door-to-Door in three steps: choose a bike, provide the address and ride into the Tatras. The process is immediately clear.

2

Energetic design in green

Bright greens and large photographs of riders among Tatra meadows and peaks capture the freedom of exploring Podhale by e-bike.

3

Bikes and route presentation

Trek Premium cards include specifications, range and available accessories. Route maps and difficulty levels help visitors plan a suitable day.

4

Online booking system

The form collects the date, bike count, delivery address and time, linked to an availability calendar. Customers book in a few steps and the company receives an alert.

5

Tourism SEO for Podhale

Adapted RentalCarReservation structured data supports the rental service. Search optimization and a current Google Business Profile cover tourism phrases, opening hours and route photography.

Door-to-Door explained in three steps

Customers knew conventional rental shops, so the new model needed a visual explanation. "Choose a bike", "Give us the address" and "Ride into the Tatras" remove uncertainty and lead directly to booking.

Summary

TATRA EBIKE received a website filled with the energy of riding in the Tatras. Bright green design, a clear Door-to-Door explanation and a simple booking system generate tourist reservations throughout the season.

How many customers is your old website costing you?
Let's find out.

A free consultation and a practical plan within 24 hours. We take on no more than 3 projects at once, so your work gets our full attention.

Common questions

How much does a rental business website with booking cost?
US projects are quoted in dollars after a scope call. The equipment catalog, booking system and payments determine the final quote.
How can a rental company reach tourists?
Local tourism SEO, an active Google Business Profile and route content can reach people who are actively planning a trip. Seasonal Google campaigns can support that visibility when demand begins to rise.
How can the website manage fleet availability?
A CMS calendar tracks every bike in real time. A confirmed reservation blocks that item automatically, and the team can add closed maintenance days. Customers see what is available before they call.
Can the website take booking payments?
Yes. A card processor can collect a deposit or the full amount online. The right setup depends on the booking platform, refund policy and markets the company serves.
How can a tourism rental business collect reviews?
Send an automatic SMS or email after each completed booking with a direct Google review link. Keep the request simple, time it while the experience is still fresh and never offer an incentive for a positive rating.
